Liberty Liens is a personal injury networking and referral company. We connect PI doctors who treat on a lien basis with personal injury attorneys who need reliable care for their injured clients across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
Neither. We don't give legal advice and we don't treat patients. Our job is to build and manage the network between attorneys and lien-based doctors, so an injured client reaches the right provider without delay.
We cover California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. Providers in our network are listed by state, area, and specialty, so attorneys can find care close to where their client lives.
No. Liberty Liens focuses on PI networking and referrals. Billing, lien management, and collections are handled by each provider's own office.
Go to the PI Provider Directory on our website, choose the state and area, and look for the specialty your client needs. Each listing shows the practice, location, specialty, and the types of patients they treat. When you've found the right fit, send the referral through our attorney referral form or email it to [email protected].
Open the Digital DirectoryThe provider's office contacts your client directly, sets up the appointment, and keeps your office in the loop. In most cases your client is connected with a doctor within a few hours, depending on provider availability.
No. Every provider in our network treats on a lien, so your client can start care right away with no out-of-pocket cost. The medical bill is paid from the case settlement.
Yes. Our providers handle personal injury patients every day and know attorneys need complete records and itemized bills to build a case. Records and bills are typically sent within 24 to 48 hours of a request.
Our network covers 40+ specialties, including chiropractic, orthopedics, pain management, neurology, physical therapy, primary care, and acupuncture, so you can refer for everything from the first visit to specialist care.
Contact our team. We'll help you find the nearest suitable provider in our network so your client isn't left waiting for care.
When you join our PI networking service, your practice is listed in the PI Provider Directory that attorneys use on our website to find doctors for their clients. We also introduce our network providers to PI law firms through ongoing outreach, so attorneys in your area know who you are and how to send you cases.
Join our PI networking service and your practice is listed automatically. There is no separate approval process and no extra fee for the listing.
List your practiceYes. Attorneys come to Liberty Liens specifically for doctors who treat on a lien, so lien-based treatment is a requirement for every provider in our network.
No one can honestly guarantee referrals, and we don't. What we do is keep your practice visible to the attorneys most likely to need your specialty in your area, and keep working to grow those relationships.
Your listing goes live once you join. How quickly referrals follow depends on your specialty, your location, and attorney demand in your area. Practices in high-volume areas and in-demand specialties usually hear from attorneys sooner.
It means the provider treats the injured patient now and is paid later from the settlement or judgment. The attorney usually signs a lien letter confirming the provider's bill will be paid from the case proceeds.
Payment is made when the case settles or is resolved. Depending on the case, this can take a few months or longer, which is why many PI doctors build a steady flow of cases rather than relying on one or two.
That depends on the terms of the lien agreement between the provider, the patient, and the attorney. Reductions are often negotiated between the attorney and the provider at settlement. Liberty Liens is not a party to these agreements.
Your account manager handles attorney outreach, follow-ups, and referral coordination on behalf of your practice, so your staff can focus on patients. That includes introducing your practice to law firms near you and responding to referral inquiries.
Yes. Your account manager works for your practice and takes direction from you. Every attorney relationship and every patient care decision stays with you.
Yes, every practice has a dedicated account manager that only supports one practice at a time. Your priorities are handled with dedicated attention and a clear point of contact.
Reach out to our team and tell us about your practice, your specialty, and the areas you serve. We'll walk you through the setup and get outreach started.
